Meet our head sushi chef Seiji, from Matsue, Japan. 

Seiji has been working as a chef for more than 20 years now. He even started help in the kitchen for his parents little lodge back in Japan when he was a little kid. He always have the passions for bringing Japanese authentic food to Scotland. People come all around different cities to taste Seiji's sushi. His most popular omakase sushi set.
